Be the Difference
Be the Difference Foundation was formed by four ovarian cancer survivors in different phases of survivorship who share the same passion, to Be the Difference and end the fight against ovarian cancer. Their mission is to help women increase their chance of survival of ovarian cancer. To achieve this goal, efforts are focused on raising awareness and money to fund programs for women fighting ovarian cancer today and to provide research dollars for a cure.

FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered is a national nonprofit dedicated to the hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (HBOC) community. With over 50 outreach groups throughout the U.S., and international affiliates, FORCE programs provide support, education, and awareness on behalf of individuals and families affected by HBOC, including women, men, survivors and previvors. FORCE also takes a leadership role in guiding research and policy affecting the high-risk community.
Foundation for Women's Cancer
The Foundation for Women's Cancer was founded by the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) in 1991. The Foundation for Women's Cancer is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization dedicated to funding research and training, and ensuring education and public awareness of gynecologic cancer prevention, early detection and optimal treatment.
Li-Fraumeni Syndrome Association
LFS Association provides a wide range of information, advocacy, and support services for individuals and families with Li-Fraumeni Syndrome. We support a consortium of researchers, medical providers and caregivers to further research and promote optimal care for the LFS community.
National Cancer Institute
The National Cancer Institute coordinates the National Cancer Program, which conducts and supports research, training, health information dissemination, and other programs with respect to the cause, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of cancer, rehabilitation from cancer, and the continuing care of cancer patients and the families of cancer patients.
National Comprehensive Cancer Network
Our mission, as an alliance of leading cancer centers devoted to patient care, research, and education, is to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of cancer care so that patients can live better lives.
National Ovarian Cancer Coalition
The mission of the NOCC is to save lives by fighting tirelessly to prevent and cure ovarian cancer and to improve the quality of life for Survivors.
Our mission at Ovarcome is to raise global awareness, to fund research in search of cures, and to provide financial support to underprivileged women in the U.S. as well as in developing nations in their valiant fight against ovarian cancer. Our key programs include financial support for underprivileged patients: OvarCare©, research grants for clinical impact, educational workshops and seminars in collaboration with leading experts and hospitals to learn and educate about the latest developments in diagnosis and care continuum of ovarian cancer prevention, early detection, treatment and survivorship, awareness and wellness programs within corporations directly informing and educating women in the workforce as well as several other community outreach programs.
PolyPeople is a trusted support group for those affected by Polyposis syndromes. We are dedicated to enabling access to the most up to date, useful and relevant help and information through supporting St Mark's Hospital in their world leading Polyposis work.
Prevent Cancer Foundation
In 1985, compelled by the memory of her late father, Edward P. Richardson, who had died of cancer one year earlier, Carolyn Aldigé embarked on a mission. She founded the Prevent Cancer Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, with the hope of sparing others from the pain and suffering caused by cancer. Aldigé believed firmly that an emphasis on prevention, not just treatment, could help decrease cancer deaths and incidence rates. Since then, through its research, education and outreach efforts, the Foundation has worked hard to spread the prevention message to the public, spurring ground-breaking research and new ways to reach captive audiences.
Sharsheret, Hebrew for "chain," is a national not-for-profit organization supporting young Jewish women and their families facing breast cancer. Our mission is to offer a community of support to women, of all Jewish backgrounds, diagnosed with breast cancer or at increased genetic risk, by fostering culturally-relevant individualized connections with networks of peers, health professionals, and related resources.
